On the next Friday, March 5th, the Brazilian Progressive/Classic rock legend APOCALYPSE will play at the National Grape Party in Caxias do Sul, south of Brazil. This will be the first show of the new drummer of the band, Fábio Schneider. He joins the band in substitution of the old drummer, Chico Fasoli, that was in the band for 26 years, since 1984! Chico decided to leave the band to have more time with family and other professional projects.

Fábio Schneider is one of the most respected and famous drummers in Brazil. He has his own drums institute, "Instituto Musical Fábio Schneider", with more than 20 years of activities. He is always story of the most popular drums magazines and endorsee of international drums brands such as Pearl, C.Ibañez, Orion Cymbals, Urban Boards, Staff Drum, Power Click, etc. 

"Apocalypse is one of the most respected bands in Brazil!", says Fábio Schneider. "Join a band like that is a big responsibility. Even greater responsibility is to replace Chico Fasoli, which in my opinion is one of the most competent progressive drummer of Brazil, and longtime friend.
I feel honored to be invited and reminded to face this challenge in Apocalypse. The band has an affinity and strong musical maturity, fruit of more than 25 years of existence. The preparatory rehearsals to my debut show has been very professional and exciting. Indeed, the show on the National Grape Festival also marks my entry into the team of Pearl Brazil. The Director of International Marketing of the company will attend the event".
